Corporate executives consistently rank Human Resources as one of the most important operations in their business, yet it often does not receive the amount of capital investment required for break-through innovation. That is changing as both corporations and venture capital firms begin to realize the return on investment delivered by many new HR technologies. The HR Council is aiming to engage HR practitioners and technology leaders to collectively explore new HR best practices and solutions to address various HR challenges, including recruiting, engagement, training, skills management, and more.

Wilson Lau

Wilson Lau is an open minded and out-of-the-box thinker and engineer who is obsessed with optimization and efficiency. Exposed to various technologies within enterprise domains in the past 15 years, he tackles logistics and supply chain challenges in a holistic way.

Robin Eppling

Robin is a Business Analyst on HR and finance digitization at Orange Silicon Valley. He is currently focused on VR/AR, AI and blockchain related to Human Resources. Before joining Orange Silicon Valley, Robin was working on the launch of a social network in business to business for the Process Communication Model community. He majored in Public Affairs, Digital & New Technology at Sciences Po Paris, in France.
